Love, love, love! This cute little space was so nice and quiet! The spot was private and got beautiful natural light! Definitely would stay here on my next LA trip!

Nice place for our short stay in Pasadena. Worth the price! The bed was comfortable and we slept well, which was the most important part. Plenty of space to unpack and feel settled. James gave clear instructions for parking and how to get in. I loved that they have their house rules put up on the wall :)

James was a wonderful host who was readily available, if needed. Communication was excellent! The home was beautiful and exactly as needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Would highly recommend!

It felt like home.
Being from Australia and not knowing anything about where to stay in LA, we chose Pasadena because that's where our event was. We then chose James' place because it was close to the event. It was a great choice. Right from the start it impressed with off street parking and super easy check in.
The space was ample for my daughter and I, the apartment was spotlessly clean and the facilities were all there. The beds were super comfy and there was lots of space to hang clothes.
The apartment was close to the 210 freeway, so you are easily connected to the rest of LA and beyond. The overall location felt safe and welcoming.
Not a criticism, but more of a note to future guests, the shower takes a full 1:40 to come up to temp. Be patient, the water will heat up. And I reckon the second bedroom could accomodate a queen bed.
But these are minor gripes. Overall, one of the nicest little properties I've ever stayed in, and a great host in James. Highly recommended.
