James place worked out great for us. It is a nicely renovated house that has been partitioned into different apartments. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Everything was tastefully and functionally furnished and spotless. The main bedroom faces a busy street. Even though I kept the windows open, I did not find the noise from the street too disturbing. Nor did we had problems with noise coming from the other apartment. The private parking, air conditioning and proximity to the Huntington Garden was a great plus. We had a great stay and will certainly come back.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at James place,
it’s just so convenient and easy regarding location. He has always been a wonderful host, such a good communicator and is always there to give a good recommendation. At this point this is the only place I will stay at when I go to LA/Pasadena.

We had a fantastic stay. The hosts and hostesses were so helpful, kind, and considerate. When we had any questions, they were very quick to respond. The rental had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend staying here. It has everything you need and a great location. Thank you to our hosts and hostesses.
