Love, love, love! This cute little space was so nice and quiet! The spot was private and got beautiful natural light! Definitely would stay here on my next LA trip!

Had a great time at the Villa! The space was spotless and complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfectly situated in a peaceful neighborhood, so it felt very safe. Communication with James was easy and clear, and he was extremely considerate of our needs. Definitely one of my smoothest Airbnb experiences ever! Would love to go back. :)

I absolutely loved my stay here! The host was very attentive and respectful! Instructions given were very clear! Even the neighbors were amazing haha! I will definitely be booking again 👌🏾!

I just stayed here for one night, but it was a smooth stay. The bed was super comfy, and James was an accommodating host when we had a flight cancellation and needed a later check-out.

we loved staying here—so much so that we extended our trip an extra day! the area was so quiet and peaceful. the airbnb looked exactly like the pictures (and squeaky clean) and James and his co-hosts were quick to answer any questions!

James’ place was a comfortable place to stay in Pasadena. The neighborhood was quaint and safe. The kitchen had needed items and reverse osmosis water for drinking-a nice touch. The bathroom was very functional with a small but nice shower that worked well. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed which is a key item for me. The communication with the hosts was easy and thorough. I would definitely recommend James’ place.

James places was a very nice stay. My husband and I stayed one night and it was a very pleasant stay. I’ve added it to my local stay in Pasadena the next time i need a place to stay. It has everything you need to feel right at home.

James place worked out great for us. It is a nicely renovated house that has been partitioned into different apartments. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Everything was tastefully and functionally furnished and spotless. The main bedroom faces a busy street. Even though I kept the windows open, I did not find the noise from the street too disturbing. Nor did we had problems with noise coming from the other apartment. The private parking, air conditioning and proximity to the Huntington Garden was a great plus. We had a great stay and will certainly come back.

It was a little staycation because I live not too far but was needed. James and his co-hosts. Are great! It was so peaceful, clean and quiet. Would come back!
